Returns + Refunds

All sales are final unless wrong product was received. 

Bomi Works does not issue refunds but grants exchanges dependent on existing stock.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of receipt. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping fees in the event of confirmed exchange. No returns or exchanges on sale items. Prices are subject to change.

Please allow up to 3-5 days for regular processing, while we typically ship sooner. 

Once marked as delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to the customer.

Orders successfully marked as delivered may not be refunded.

Please contact us within 3 business days of indicated delivery so that we may review the appropriate solution.
